Unveiled in April 2022, W Dubai – Mina Seyahi rises along the pristine shoreline just north of the Dubai International Marina Club, forming a striking extension to the iconic Le Méridien hotel. Conceived by Aedas, the tower’s architecture merges bold, contemporary lines with a richly eclectic design narrative, creating a commanding presence on Dubai’s luxury waterfront. Its dynamic form, refined materiality, and seamless integration with the surrounding seascape establish it as a new landmark in the city’s hospitality scene.

Serving as the project’s third-party façade consultant, IBECE ensured that the building envelope met the highest standards of performance, resilience, and constructability.
