With an exceptional technical foundation and decades of hands-on experience, he possesses an unmatched command over the entire façade development life cycle—from initial specification and engineering design to testing, procurement, manufacturing, installation, and project delivery.
Mr. Abbas has been instrumental in the realization of some of the most iconic and technically demanding façade projects across the UAE, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Lebanon, and Africa, spanning luxury commercial towers, high-end residential developments, and complex mixed-use precincts. His work is characterized by a rigorous approach to thermal and acoustic analysis, structural integrity, energy efficiency, and hygro-thermal modeling, seamlessly merging performance with architectural intent.
A true scholar-practitioner, Mr. Abbas holds a Master’s degree in Façade Engineering, awarded with academic distinction, and was the recipient of the prestigious “International Student Award for Academic Excellence.” His contributions to the industry include authorship of the acclaimed technical publication, "Architectural Coated Glass in Buildings: Mode of Action and Selection Methods," which introduced a pioneering Decision-Making Model for selecting coated glass solutions in high-performance façades.
Renowned for his encyclopedic knowledge of International façade codes, performance standards, and testing protocols, Mr. Abbas remains at the forefront of technical innovation, bringing invaluable insight and visionary leadership to every project he undertakes. Mrs. Ghina stands at the helm of IBECE’s Technical Department, where her profound expertise in façade design, multidisciplinary coordination, and project execution has shaped some of the region’s most iconic architectural landmarks. With a career spanning both façade contracting and consultancy, she brings an exceptional depth of practical and technical knowledge that bridges conceptual vision with engineering precision.
Following a successful tenure in the contracting sector, Mrs. Ghina transitioned into façade consultancy, where she has since led the development of high-performance building envelopes across Lebanon, the Middle East, and the Arab Gulf. Her experience spans the full façade design lifecycle—from conceptual ideation to detailed drawing production and cross-disciplinary integration—making her a cornerstone of IBECE’s project delivery success.
As a senior design leader, Architect Ghina drives technical strategy and team alignment, ensuring each project meets and exceeds client aspirations while upholding the three core pillars of quality, timeliness, and budget control.
