A seasoned professional with unparalleled expertise and deep-rooted technical background, Mr. Abbas brings a comprehensive mastery of the entire design and supply chain within the building envelope construction industry. His proficiency spans every facet of façade development—including specification, design, engineering, testing, supply, manufacturing, installation, and project management—making his specialist knowledge an invaluable asset to a building’s façade design.
With an impressive portfolio of high-profile projects, Mr. Abbas has played a pivotal role in the engineering and execution of landmark façades across the UAE, Qatar, KSA, Lebanon, and Africa. His expertise extends across luxury commercial, residential, and mixed-use developments, with a particular focus on facade systems design, structural, thermal and acoustical analysis, energy efficiency in facades, as well as hygro-thermal modelling. A distinguished authority in his field, he possesses exceptional command over international standards governing façade performance, design regulations, and testing protocols.
Holding a master’s degree in Façade Engineering, earned with academic distinction, Mr. Abbas was honoured with the “International Student Award for Academic Excellence.” He is also the esteemed author of “Architectural Coated Glass in Buildings: Mode of Action and Selection Methods, in which he pioneered a Decision-Making Model for selecting coated glass products in the built environment. His expertise, vision, and relentless pursuit of excellence continue to shape the future of façade engineering.

Mrs. Kassab brings to IBECE a refined blend of intellectual commercial thinking as well as strategic business development expertise. She drives the firm’s growth, with an unwavering commitment to client satisfaction and the cultivation of enduring partnerships that position IBECE for sustained success.
With a wealth of experience in customer-centric marketing and leadership, Mrs. Kassab’s role is fundamental as IBECE transitions from a national leader to an internationally recognized powerhouse in façade engineering and consultancy.
Her responsibilities encompass leading the development of a client database, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, nurturing strong client relationships, and introducing new service offerings to meet evolving market needs. Additionally, Mrs. Kassab is integral to the strategic assessment and analysis of business decisions, ensuring alignment and seamless integration across all areas of IBECE.
Mrs. Kassab holds a Master’s in Civil Engineering with high honors from the American University of Beirut, Lebanon, underscoring her exceptional blend of technical expertise and business leadership.

Mrs. Ghina is the driving force behind the technical department, with extensive expertise in the design, coordination, and technical management of numerous iconic façade engineering projects across Lebanon, the Middle East, and the Arab Gulf region. After establishing a successful career in the façade contracting industry, she transitioned seamlessly into the engineering and consultancy sector, bringing with her a wealth of experience spanning every stage of façade design, from concept to detailed drawings development.
As a pivotal figure in our design team, Architect Ghina is essential in guiding the team toward achieving the highest standards of technical excellence, ensuring that each project meets the client’s design aspirations. Her unwavering focus on the three pillars of quality, schedule, and budget defines her approach. Renowned for her exceptional time-management skills and her remarkable ability to build and inspire teams from the ground up, Ghina fosters a collaborative, high-energy environment where the team consistently delivers exceptional quality on time. His profound understanding of international standards—governing both façade performance and its commercial aspects—enables him to specify, estimate, design, and supervise the development of premium building envelopes.
