The SABIC Jubail development, a visionary architectural triumph by Henning Larsen Architects, rises as a monumental feat in façade engineering, covering an expansive 280,000 square meters in the dynamic heart of Jubail Industrial City, Saudi Arabia.

The façade itself is a masterpiece, featuring elegant glazed unitized curtain walls with externally mounted GRP/GRC shading systems, gracefully inclined glazed surfaces, striking vertical double-height glazed panels, and a sophisticated palette of opaque,GRC, and GRP cladding. Expansive story-height windows and doors, along with state-of-the-art UHPC shading screens, further underscore the project’s commitment to sustainability and innovation.

Given the sheer scale and complexity of this iconic headquarters,IBECE played a pivotal role in delivering advanced façade engineering solutions to ensure the highest standards of performance, safety, and longevity.

The result is a striking fusion of visionary design and cutting-edge engineering, where every detail of the façade not only enhances the aesthetic grandeur of the development but also sets a new benchmark for architectural excellence and sustainability in the region.
