Port side is a mixed-use residential and commercial development consisting of 23 stories designed in an L-shape. The first 16 floors are dedicated to retail and office spaces, while the upper floors are exclusively residential, offering expansive skyline views, private terraces, and unobstructed seaside vistas. The project combines modern design with flexible, modular layouts, providing an efficient and seamless flow of space.
