NEW FLYDUBAI HEADQUARTERS

The FLYDUBAI Headquarters in Dubai reflects the airline’s forward-looking vision through a bold, contemporary architectural statement. Encompassing 900,000 square feet, the design by Dewan Architects + Engineers draws inspiration from classical urban spaces like the Greek Agora and Roman Forum, reimagined to foster connection and community. At the architectural scale, internal courtyards play a central role—offering thermal comfort, privacy, and vibrant social spaces, seamlessly integrated into the overall layout.

IBECE provided complete façade engineering services, from early design to construction. The scope included tender drawings, performance specifications, cost analysis, façade and glazing selection, as well as value engineering. IBECE also carried out technical reviews, building physics assessments, and on-site supervision to ensure high performance, durability, and full alignment with the design vision.
