Designed by AECOM Middle East for ALDAR, this 95,000 m² landmark blends cutting-edge office environments, animated retail and F&B destinations, generous parking facilities, and world-class television studios of varying scales. The architectural concept embraces a crisp, contemporary aesthetic—sleek forms, precise lines, and an intelligently choreographed spatial flow—capturing the dynamic pulse of the media and entertainment world. Its bold yet functional composition cultivates an atmosphere of creativity and connectivity, all while integrating seamlessly into Yas Island’s modern urban fabric.

In its role as specialist façade consultant, IBECE delivered in-depth thermal and condensation analyses alongside advanced acoustic performance assessments for the external envelope. These precision-driven studies safeguarded the architectural vision, ensuring the façade delivers uncompromising energy efficiency, and thermal comfort.
