‍The project is located on Al Marjan Island, a striking man-made archipelago in Ras Al Khaimah composed of four coral-shaped islands. This landmark development is set within one of the UAE’s premier coastal destinations. Surrounded by world-class resorts, and vibrant tourism infrastructure. The project stands out for its bold architectural composition and integration with the waterfront landscape.

Architecturally, the design is defined by a series of interlocking masses connecting at the lower levels, then spliting horizontally to form a dynamic "celebration level"—a full floor dedicated to communal life, featuring lush green terraces, recreational amenities, and vibrant outdoor spaces. T

IBECE’s façade engineering expertise enabled the successful realization of the architectural intent. Addressing the project’s layered geometry and expressive form, the team developed bespoke façade solutions that harmonize aesthetic impact with environmental performance and durability. Through precise coordination and responsive detailing, IBECE delivered an envelope that enhances both the identity and functionality of the development within its coastal context.
