The ASAAS Institute of Public Administration (IPA) Centre in Muscat,Oman, stands as a distinguished mixed-use development spanning 29,124m². Designed by the acclaimed BDP Architects and executed under the consultancy of Khatib and Alami, this landmark project seamlesslyintegrates a diverse range of facilities, including retail spaces, abusiness center, the new IPA headquarters, a 3-star hotel, and amplecar parking.
