Set within the prestigious Dubai Creek Harbour, the Dubai Creek Residences comprise 6 residential towers rising 44 storeys above a lively marina promenade. The architecture embodies a refined minimalism—clean, linear forms are balanced with a robust podium that anchors the towers to their surroundings, creating a harmonious dialogue between structure and skyline. Each tower frames panoramic views of the waterfront, reinforcing a strong architectural narrative of light, rhythm, and vertical grace.

IBECE provided comprehensive façade engineering consultancy services for the development, with a scope spanning the design and structural optimization of all external envelope elements. This included curtain walls, doors and windows, louvers, cladding panels, balustrades, pergolas, roof crowns, mashrabiyas, and canopies. Through an integrated design development approach, IBECE ensured each façade component responded both to the architectural vision and the technical performance requirements of the project, delivering solutions that are as enduring as they are visually compelling.
