Located in Beirut's prestigious Hamra district, this remarkable project features a nine-story building, encompassing approximately25,000 m² of prime space. Designed by the esteemed NBBJ – New York Architects, the building's façade showcases a custom-designed,high-end curtain wall system, carefully crafted to address architectural, structural, and environmental requirements. IBECE played a critical role in this project, providing a wide range of services including value engineering, wind load analysis, 3D façade design models, façade element sizing, and the preparation of comprehensive tender documentation. IBECE delivered expert façade consultancy, ensuring the seamless integration of engineering excellence into every phase of the project. IBECE also ensured the design's feasibility by leveraging local resources and expertise,providing cost estimates, and offering essential support throughout the tender stage.
