Al Zahia City Centre in Sharjah is a testament to architectural innovation, seamlessly blending modern design with cultural identity. The mall's distinctive wave-shaped canopy, inspired by the Sharjah Light Festival, serves as a dynamic focal point, symbolizing the region's rich heritage while embracing contemporary aesthetics. Designed by Khatib & Alami in collaboration with Callison RTKL, the development emphasizes sustainability, achieving LEED Gold certification. The integration of lush landscaping, water features, and sculptural art installations creates an immersive environment that enhances the shopper's experience.

As the façade consultant, IBECE translated the architectural vision into a high-performance building envelope. IBECE was involved in façade design appraisal and structural calculation reviews to ensure structural integrity and alignment with design intent. IBECE also carried out on-site and off-site inspections, overseeing the installation process to ensure quality and precision. IBECE's expertise contributed to delivering a façade that balances aesthetic appeal with engineering performance standards.
