The One at Palm, designed by SOMA Architects, is a distinguished25-storey residential tower covering 84,541 m², located on the iconic Palm Jumeirah. This architectural marvel pushes the boundaries of design, with its innovative form and luxurious living spaces. Theproject’s design was further refined by Arex Engineering, resulting in a structure that seamlessly integrates functionality with aesthetics.

IBECE was entrusted with the critical responsibility of reviewing all façade-related construction documents, including shop drawings,structural calculation reports, and material submittals. IBECE’s comprehensive role also involved conducting both on-site and off-site inspections to ensure the façade’s design and construction adhered to the highest standards of precision and quality. IBECE ensured the project’s successful realization, reinforcing its position as a landmark development on Palm Jumeirah.
